Before I started exercising again I had actually decided I didn’t like to exercise. I legit told someone this 2 weeks before I found myself staring at myself in the mirror ready to make a change.

How do you get started on a wellness journey? How to get started with a healthy lifestyle? It can be difficult getting motivation and sorting through all of the information. Most people need some very uncomfortable reason to make a lifestyle change. Though it shouldn’t be the case, it often is. If you’ve gotten a wake up call like me and wondering about answering it and how, I hope this helps.
